Two new VC funds target midwest
Abstract:
On Thursday, Lewis & Clark Ventures LLC, a first-time venture capital fund, announced that it plans to raise $100 million in investment capital and expects to have a first closing of the fund by the third quarter of 2004. The fund will focus on investments in sectors including life sciences, micro- and nanotechnology, advanced material science, fuel cell technology and information technology.
