State aims to aid nanotech research investment

NanoTech Resources Inc.'s oversight will include work done at the Albany NanoTech project at the University at Albany. Louis Tomson, the chairman of the new organization, said NanoTech Resources would serve as an independent eye to ensure that state and industry resources are being used well.
