Chartered qualifies 90-nm transistors
Abstract:
Chartered Semiconductor Manufacturing has detailed silicon developments for its NanoAccess system-on-chip (SoC) technologies based on Chartered/IBM joint 90-nm process. The company have announced immediate availability of the 90-nm design manual and SPICE models to early adopters for design prototyping. Initial process qualification for both FTEOS and low-k dielectric options is targeted for completion by the first quarter of 2004.
