Carol Lou still remembers her first few days at Quantum Dot Corp. in January 2000. "I came as VP of sales and marketing," said Lou, who had worked at Clontech, another biotech company. "There were physicists, chemists, biologists and engineers sitting around trying to figure out how to make the technology work. It was very intimidating."
