Tsu-Wei Chou heads interdisciplinary carbon nanotube research project

Abstract:
A team of researchers led by Tsu-Wei Chou, P.S. du Pont Chair of Engineering at UD, recently was awarded a major grant from the National Science Foundation (NSF) for research on carbon nanotubes. The funding from the Nanoscale Interdisciplinary Research Team (NIRT) will support the researchers’ efforts to synthesize, characterize and model aligned nanotube arrays for nanoscale devices and composites.
