Nano-Proprietary subsidiary gains patent

Abstract:
A unit of Austin-based Nano-Proprietary Inc. has received a more exclusive "basic" patent from the federal government that will expand the high-definition television market and other applications, the company announced Wednesday. The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office has reissued the original patent for the carbon nanotube cathode technology to subsidiary Applied Nanotech Inc.
