RPI to open nanotech center
Abstract:
Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute will officially open a new nanotechnology center on Sept. 15. The Rensselaer Nanotechnology Center, one of six designated as a Nanoscale Science and Engineering Center by the National Science Foundation, were funded through a five-year, $10 million grant from the foundation. The New York State Office of Science Technology and Academic Research also contributed a $2.5 million matching grant.
