Kopin licenses display nanotechnology from NC State
Abstract:
Kopin Corp., a Taunton-based developer of nano-engineered semiconductor components, today announced that it has exclusively licensed three patents from North Carolina State University. These patents are on materials and processes that can be used to produce LEDs and lasers of any color across the visible spectrum, including the three primary colors needed for white LEDs.
