Abstract:
As the federal government massively increases its funding of nanotechnology, and movies like AI and Bicentennial Man focus public attention on the fusion of "mecha" and "orga," the Center for Bioethics and Culture and the Council for Biotechnology Policy have joined forces to open a dialogue.
