Abstract:
Fidelys LLC, a Los Angeles-based corporate advisory and investment banking firm, has been retained by Summit Specialty Chemicals LLC, a subsidiary of Japan's Sumitomo Corporation, to play a key role in its drive to develop, license and commercialize promising nanotechnology companies.
