International Forum on MicroNano Integration - MINIT

Abstract:
The future is small: Micro- and nanotechnology are more and more important for product innovations. In order to provide a platform for the dialogue between micro- and nanotechnology communities, VDI/VDE-IT organizes the first International Forum on MicroNano Integration - MINIT, held in Potsdam on December 3 - 4, 2003 in Potsdam, Germany.
