AMER Changes Name to Nanobac Pharmaceuticals, Inc.

Abstract:
American Enterprise Corporation announced today that it has changed its name to Nanobac Pharmaceuticals, Inc. ("Nanobac"). The Company previously announced the acquisition of controlling interest in NanobacLabs Pharmaceuticals, Inc. ("NanobacLabs") of Tampa, FL through a common stock share exchange.
