Altair Nanotechnologies and Hyrodgen Solar enter into agreement

Abstract:
Altair Nanotechnologies, Inc. announced today that it has entered into a teaming agreement with United Kingdom-based Hydrogen Solar Production Company Ltd. Under the terms of the agreement, the companies will form a new Nevada-based company which they will own equally.
