AMER and NanobacLabs Sign Letter of Intent

Abstract:
American Enterprise Corporation announced today that it has signed a letter of intent to acquire controlling interest in NanobacLabs Pharmaceuticals, Inc. through a common stock share exchange. NanobacLabs is a private biotechnology and nanotechnology specialty pharmaceutical company based in Tampa, Florida.
