Lab Expansion Draws Criticism From Nearby Residents
Planners at the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory are moving ahead with plans to build a new facility to study nanotechnology - a project neighbors and activists say the lab is running roughshod over their rights and making a mockery of environmental law.
