TSMC tips 65-nm process for '04 and '05 ramp
Abstract: Although it has not even ramped up its 90-nm process technology, Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. Ltd. here today presented the first details of its 65-nm technology for use in next-generation designs starting in late 2004.
