Plan would give universities $400M for high-tech labs

Abstract:
Arizona State University plans to use its $185 million in Tempe to continue building the Arizona Biodesign Institute for the School of Life Sciences, the Information Science Engineering Center and a center for Nanotechnology and High Tech Materials.
