Senators roll out bipartisan blueprint

Abstract:
Wyden emphasized his efforts to put Oregon on the leading edge of emerging technological industries, including hydrogen-powered cars and the emerging field of nanotechnology, a discipline in which researchers manipulate atoms to build smaller, cleaner and more efficient products.
