PQ budget kicks off campaign

Abstract:
The budget, which will only be passed if the Parti Québécois is re-elected, would encourage post-secondary graduates to move to far-flung regions, increase investment in bio-technology with an additional $50 million, and spend $21 million on research that will include innovation in the regions, nanotechnology and social innovation.
