Taiwan scientists unveil sub-nano laser measuring system
Abstract:
Through a series of innovations in laser optoelectronics and mechanical engineering, local scientists have unveiled a high performance laser device that is said to be world's leading system for precision measurement, capable of significantly improving resolution down to the sub-nanometer level.
