Nano 'Swat Team' on mission to warm Canada's cold shoulder

Abstract:
While geographically one of the world's largest countries, Canada is dwarfed by much of the industrialized world in nanotech investment. That is a major concern among a group of Canadian business, government and technology leaders who call themselves Canada's nanotech "SWAT team."
