Quantum Dot Corporation granted U.S. patent no. 6,500,622

Abstract:
The patent claims novel compositions and methods using beads encoded with luminescent QDOT^TM semiconductor nanocrystals (SCNC) and conjugated to stem-loop polynucleotides for determining the presence of a polynucleotide analyte in a sample.
