Victor Petrik -Russian Edison of Nanotechnology

Finally the genius of this self-educated individual had been recognized de facto. Saint Petersburg's scientists give the best references for his inventions, one of the central TV channels runs a topic about him and his achievements, Russian Academy of Sciences arranges special group of recognized academicians to look into his findings. Japanese specialists investigate his inventions…

Victor Petrik became recognized, well-known, and popular. Currently the new site - www.goldformula.ru/ that displays his works, results, and ideas had been launched. As he states the way from discovery to recognition takes 10 years in Russia. The World knows him for years… Dr. Petrik has led the research findings in the techniques of oil and water separation and contaminated soil treatment to help world's major oil companies recover from oil spills.

Victor Petrik who has his private scientific labs in Vsevolozhsk (a town in Russia, located 24 km east of St. Petersburg) is probaly one of the creators of Russian Nanotechnology. Interesting to know that Petrik was the one who 10 years ago developed an industrial technology for nanocarbon sorbent now widely used in the "filters": http://www.gerakl.info/index_eng.html for water purification systems. His methods of water cleaning had been used as the base methods for the all-Russia Governemental program "Clean water of Russia"

Petrik has more than a hundred of inventions patented in different countries related to nanocarbons and carbon nanotubes production methods and equipment, nanometals - practically any including noble metals could be produced in nanoform with his lab equipment, isotopes of great value - osmium-187, renium, etc., anti-stokes compounds exclusive optical ceramics. Currently Petric claims that he is able to produce nanoisotops of practically any non-radioactive elements, which could have extraordinally, almost fantastic, features. What is interesting- the Petrik's nanometals are much cheaper than the one's that are currently in the market…

Petrik in his nanolab

The special delegation - the group of academicians from Russian Academy of Sciences (RAS), appointed by RAS, visited the Petrik's private laboratories, situated near St. Petersburg. Victor Petrik demonstarted several bright innovations including nanotechnologies, developed in his labs. See the photos and video "here": http://www.goldformula.ru/?issue_id=18&id=46

Victor Petrik demonstrates his new graphene production technology by cold destruction of layered graphite. Several drops of some chemical activator start autocatalytical process. In several seconds the process changes to a cold phase. The gradual increase in the quantity of resulting product is visually observed.

**From Wikipedia:**

Dr. Victor I. Petrik is an accomplished and a highly decorated Russian scientist who has led research findings in nanotechnology advancements, contaminated soil treatments, and techniques of oil and water separation to help the world's oil companies recover from oil spills. Dr. Petrik, Academician of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences, has led scientific accomplishments in the fields of nano-carbon structures, nuclear physics, carbon sorbents, anti-Stokes Compounds, and crystallography and optical ceramics.
