Victor Petrik who has his private scientific labs in Vsevolozhsk (a town in Russia, located 24 km east of St. Petersburg) is probaly one of the creators of Russian Nanotechnology. Petrik has more than a hundred of inventions patented in different countries related to nanocarbons and carbon nanotubes production methods and equipment, nanometals - practically any including noble metals could be produced in nanoform with his lab equipment, isotopes of great value - osmium-187, renium, etc., anti-stokes compounds exclusive optical ceramics. Currently Petric claims that he is able to produce nanoisotops of practically any non-radioactive elements, which could have extraordinally, almost fantastic, features.
